Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for products bought from digitscaler.com, operated by Digit Marketing (trading as DigitScaler), KVK 67540864, Langeveld 41, 4702 XW Roosendaal, The Netherlands. Your purchase is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record, who handles payment, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. “Paddle” (or “Paddle.net”) is what appears on your bank or card statement.

14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If our product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to first-time purchases of a plan.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or open a ticket from your account dashboard, and include your order reference or license key. We aim to respond within one business day. You can also contact Paddle directly via the help link on your Paddle receipt.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Our paid plans are annual subscriptions. To avoid any interruption to updates and support, they renew automatically once a year at the then-current regular price (which may differ from a promotional or launch price paid in your first year). Paddle emails you before a renewal is charged.

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, from the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, you are not charged again, and your license stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your plugin keeps working but stops receiving updates and support until you renew.

Outside the 14-day window, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal took you by surprise, contact us promptly and we will try to help.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies to distance purchases. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, you agree that performance begins as soon as you download or activate the plugin, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal at that point. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy, license-key sharing or resale, or a breach of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
